All orders are shipped on Friday and Saturday of every week.
We use UPS to ship ALL our packages. Shipping usually takes 1-4 days. Packages may experience delays due to COVID or weather issues. Understand this is completely out of our control. We are not responsible for your package after it is received by the carrier (UPS), any further questions with shipment you must contact USPS directly. After receiving your tracking information wait 24-48 hours for USPS to update the tracking.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, some orders may experience a delay. Turn around times may be extended up to an additional 10 business days for certain items. Again, all orders will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 24-48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
